I have read quite a few bad reviews about this company and people’s bad experience; I am happy to say that I am not one of those people. Jackie was my mother’s paralegal and I have to say; she was pretty great! My mother doesn’t speak much English and sometimes needs translation and Jackie was always patient with her and checked up on her. Not sure how the rest of the team in this office is, but I can assure you Jackie is probably the best!

Froggin worst choice i ever made. Personal injury ,forget about adequate representaion, totally no tep. Screwed me from the first. I should have questioned the delays, but belived the lies i was told by amy ivan, aka baby hillary?. All i got were delays, voice mails not answered, and vocal promises, and a hard sell at statute limits. No representation, no advocacy for me(victim), just lies. After asking for documentation of service many, many times, still none. Shysters, plain and proven to me. Do NOT HIRE THEM!!!

Beginning to think I should have went with another firm after being with them for one year and and 4 months with no success I know next should have chose another firm after all this time

The worst experience imaginable... I've endured 1 1/2 years of neglectful service from 2 attorneys at this practice plus 5 different case managers.. they NEVER return emails or calls and all I get every time I do talk to someone is get asked to send info or pictures that I already sent them previously... don't waste your time with these incopentent people.. after all this time, the only settlement offer I've received is for $1000 more than the $70,000 plastic surgery that I had to have because of an accident that I was at no... read more

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!! This law firm held my case for over a year, got to the negotiation table and CHOKED! After dropping my case 4 months before the statute of limitations, they said they could not handle the case-load! If I can't settle this case-I'm coming after them for the settlement I should have gotten!!!

Very disappointed! !!! I waited THREE YEARS and received a CHECK FOR THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS from an automobile accident. I missed more time off work alone going to the Peachtree City office than I was compensated for.

Once your case is sent to negotiations do NOT expect a returned call or email. If she does return your call it may be several weeks later. I understand that you are busy but it doesn't take over a month for you to respond to the status of a case. The case managers were great but everything after is horrible. Lesson learned, never take a referral from a chiropractor. Definitely will never use their service in the future not even if it was offered for free.
