Shane installed two long floating shelves for us (at a cost of $2,700, not including painting). Unfortunately, the shelves have started to sag over time. We reached out to Shane multiple times to address the issue but never received a response. Given the cost of the project, we expected at least some level of follow-up or support. Additionally, the mounting hardware was glued to the shelves with epoxy, which makes it very difficult for us to remove or repair them ourselves.
