My wife and I bought a used Forest River Lexington motorhome from Mike 18 months ago. Before leaving for a road trip in August I noticed the front driver side tire was low on air so took it to a shop in Elliott Lake for repair. The wheel and tire were removed, resealed and a new valve stem installed. Very disappointed as we drove up to look at motorhomes and were met by the older gentleman at the dealership. We explained we were looking to upgrade to either an A class or a C class. He was quite dismissive and even when we asked to look at ones on the lot his response was “it’s not worth it for what you want”! All we said was we wanted something nice and that would pull a trailer. When I asked again to look at some on the lot he dismissed us and basically said “well I’ve got to go”! Been using this dealership for a while now with ongoing servicing of my A class RV. Michael always going out of his way to help, and get it done, in the minimum possible time at a very reasonable price every time. Due to the nature of my business I deal with a lot of people, and a lot of professionals, Shane Michael's Sales is a rare find, and Michael himself makes it a great business that I will continue to use.
