Excellent all around. I lived in Rockville Centre from 2015-2025. Dr Galan and his staff took great care of me/my eyes. Up to date with equipment, contact lens choice/options and glasses selection. Dr Galan is very experienced, patient, and a great communicator. I recently moved to Florida and Liz at the office was kind and helpful including transferring my “chart”/records to my new optometrist in Florida. Dr.Galan OD .... How my appointment developed, first met with staff, very very pleasant, then with the technician who evaluated my situation also very pleasant, then met with Dr. Shane who was very pleasant and humourous as well, and obviously enjoys his work and is knowledgeable. With that said he did solved my situation which I am appreciated of. And all was finalized with the remainder of the staff.
