Shane is incredibly knowledgeable about the Siesta Key and Sarasota market. He is always available, willing to assist, patient, and proactive. In the middle looking for homes, we decided to pause for many months. Shane kept looking for homes he thought we would like. When we eventually re-entered the market, Shane was ready with options. He even once took us to view a home via a boat to help us see the bay and surrounding waterways. I would recommend Shane as your broker.
