Appreciate being able to be seen on fairly short notice
this was my first consultation with CNP LaGore. I asked for the first appointment available and Shane was it. He asked questions to get to know me and explored some health areas that I had never discussed. I want to continue learning about these areas of my health and so I would like to request that my wellness appointment in June be transferred from the currently scheduled provider to CNP Lagore.
