My father went the beginning of 2022 still hasn't received a call or his hearing aids. Has been told they will call everytime... still waiting
My husband saw Shane for tinnitus. He was given a hearing test and Shane promised my husband that he knew these specialists and that he would get in touch with them and call my husband the next day. Four days later no phone call so my husband called and left a message with the receptionist. Still no phone call. It’s been over a month now. Guess he doesn’t care. He obviously does not want to fool with people with tinnitus.
