Highly recommended! Shane is one of those people who does exactly what he says he'll do and always communicates clearly. Our installation was slightly complex - including faux sisal, everything was carried out exactly how we wanted and to an excellent standard.

We contacted Shane Francis Flooring as simply they were the nearest carpet fitters to our father-in-laws retirement flat. And so glad we did. Shane carpeted the whole flat within a day and at short notice without us being there as we are in London. Good communication and a job well done, even carpeted inside the built in cupboards. Shane has been fitting our carpets for over 25 years and not once has he ever let us down on time keeping or quality of workmanship. He’s just replaced our stairs and landing carpet and as expected has done a fantastic job.
