When I called to describe my problem and see if they had anyone to come look at it she cut me off and wanted all my information first then started reading to me from a “script” and asking if I’m requesting a estimate and that I can do it by txt. I asked if it was cheaper one way or the other. She was clueless and didn’t have the prices or anything. I did not get a good vibe from this company. They have lost my business with that practice! Be a more personable company.
