We were looking for more than a roof replacement. We needed to add a ridge vents for better ventilation for the house and garage that were not included in the roof build. In addition, we had chimney cover that ran down to the roof so it was not clear how this would go. Finally we wanted the wood fascia on the garage replaced with something with lower maintenance.
