One of the best experiences I've ever had at a jewelry store. VERY friendly and knowledgeable. We had bought a diamond 28 years ago from Shane that was a pear cut and we took it back to have it checked and cleaned. Jeweler noticed that the tip of the diamond had a crack and advised that it could break off at any time. Shane Co. has a lifetime warranty on the jewelry/diamonds they sell and they offered to replace the stone with one of the same size and quality at absolutely no charge. What a blessing.
