I waited 15 minutes in the showroom. I only got someone to come over. I showed him on my phone when I wanted and he had to go back to another customer, horrible customer service.
After having such a terrible experience at another jewelry store, we were recommended Shane Co by many friends and family. We were seeking an engagement ring as well as a wedding band. Cami immediately greeted us and we explained that my husband has a family heirloom we wanted to place into a setting.
