I have always liked coming to Shane Co due to their friendly staff and no pressure environment. I purchased my, now wife's, engagement ring here and she has told me she loves it just about everyday. Whenever I have shown up to have the ring cleaned, it has always been quick and easy to do.

I dealt with several different people but Robyn Hergert was who ended up helping me the most and gave me great feedback and opinions and was just awsome. Now that being said especially on a major purchase as a first responder I do most of my coworkers do and support those who support us. Unfortunately Shane company does not offer any military or first responder discounts or incentives of any kind. My Fiancé and I had the best experience at Shane Co. Cami is a phenomenal employee to work with. From resetting my center stone to replacing a missing diamond in my halo, I could not have asked for better service. They truly care about their customers. I highly recommend.
