I have no doubt the Dr Clark is very capable at his chosen profession and does very good work. However, my intereactions with his front office after my root canal lacked professionalism and were border line condescending. I highly suggest he send his staff to customer service training.
If I could give Dr Clark a 10, I would! He is an excellent Endodontist. He was very gentle when he numbed me. I barely felt the shots!! He has a great bedside manner. He informed me what he was doing during the procedure which I thought was reassuring. I found him very compassionate. Don’t be afraid to get your root canal done. I was amazed how painless it was. You are in excellent hands with Dr. Clark!!
Dr. Clark was so incredibly rude, obnoxious and egotistical to my elderly mother who went in for a root canal. I find it confusing the amount of good reviews he has because he must pick and choose who he is kind to. She left feeling bullied and uncomfortable by him and said the staff was a bit unkind but mostly just him. I would not suggest sending your loved ones there unless you’re there to witness their treatment.
Staff review; Assistant said there would be no problem with my spouse staying in the room during the root canal. After I was numb, she rudely told him; "The Dr.'s coming you're going to need to leave." I've had problems in the past and really wanted my husband present as it was my first root canal. Also, don't bother leaving messages when they don't answer phones during office hours as they have never returned a call in the 4 years my family has used their office. I'm adding my 5 star review to the many wonderful reviews of Shane Clark. Dr. Clark discussed my dental issue carefully and clearly. There was no sense he was impatient to move on to the next patient. That's so unusual! This practice also has the best equipment so the tooth problem became obvious when viewed in 3D.
