My husband has been a member for over a year and always raves about the classes. I thought that they sounded a bit hard for me but I tagged along for a few classes in June to see what it was all about. This is more than just a gym.. it is a place to go for inspiration, friendly motivation, a team who will help you become the best version of yourself!! Their 6Week Challenge was amazing for me and I highly recommend doing the challenge as a way to kick start your fitness goals. Not only did I hit my fitness goals, but my mindset and wellbeing really improved thanks to this Gym. The staff are friendly, helpful, kind and fun... I couldn't have imagined it would be like this! Thanks team!! 🙏
I have tried my fair share of gyms and this is the only one that has made me want to work on my mental and physical health! I look forward to going to the gym because of the classes that the amazing coaches put on for us! I would have never said that before signing up to this gym. The atmosphere, the members, the staff! Everything is an A+++++ for me!
