Very courteous and respectful. Explained what the possible problem is and ordered tests right away. Very thorough, and professional. I feel like I am in good hands and will be taken care of.
He was well mannered and very knowledgeable.
The whole staff was professional and friendly. The Dr was very thorough and listened to understand not just listened to talk. Dr made sure that I understood exactly what was going on and made sure my questions were answered in a manner that I could understand without being or sounding condescending. Dr was polite, friendly, prepared and knowledgeable as we spoke. I would highly recommend Dr Eizember to anyone.
