Contacted Tom Dunphy at this firm to get help with an estate for my stepmom. Took 2 days to get a return call. Spoke on Tuesday, explained what we were dealing with and Mr Dunphy told me he wanted to talk this over with another associate and he would get back to me on Wednesday no later than Thursday.... never called.
