Didn't fix the AC issue then decided to lock my mom in a room to force her to pay money while berating her. I hope this business goes down the toilet and karma comes back ten full. You're garbage.

There's no better body shop in the country...no exaggeration. My 2012 Camry was like a squashed beer can... I got really high estimates from body shops all over the area, and all of these shops eventually told me they did not want to do the job. Shands did an excellent job and charged me way less than these other shops were going to… There's no evidence that this car was ever in any kind of a wreck. Very shiny, perfect, looks like brand new. Highly recommended
Just stopped to get an estimate. They will be fixing my car in a few weeks. I’ll update afterwards but I don’t expect that there will be any issues. They seemed very knowledgeable and competent.
