The girls in the lab are super great. I have been in several times and never once have any of them hurt or had difficulty with the draw. There is seldom a wait and i can be through with the paper work and draw in 30 minutes. I give the lab help a big 5 STARS, Now their billing department is a different story, they get 1 star and that is really too good. it's partly their system that is at fault, assigning a different account # to each visit
