Shanda helped us SO much in looking for our rental! It would have been much harder to find a place on our own. She was so communicative throughout the whole process and helped with all my questions. She did great with finding places that we would qualify for, in our budget, and in a style we would like and made the touring and application process seamless. I’m so grateful for her and we love our new place!

To some up my experience with Shanda HEAVEN SENT. My husband and myself had some challenges in the past with housing not being from this state and I was referred to Shanda. Shanda was amazing you listened to what I was looking for and executed every time.
