My experience with Shand Taylor was terrific on a property I purchased. Courteous and efficient with zero hiccups and I was very happy with the whole process. Richard Waring was professional, easy to engage with and highly responsive. Esther too was excellent, listened carefully to everything I was after and gave me all the extra details that were helpful in a super prompt response. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Shand Taylor Mooloolaba for advice and preparation of my will and enduring power of attorney. The advice that I received was poor and I was pushed into the more expensive option of a testementary trust under a fixed fee agreement before it was satisfactorily explained. It was not possible to change this and consequently was invoiced for over $2000 for a job that was not completed. They are bullies and I would highly recommend steering clear of this practice!
