Not impressed at all. Booked load with Ken Holeva, Shanahan Transportation Systems load #122436077. Secured load, sign & return rate confirmation and driver did a pre-trip and started towarsd shipper. Driver was about 1.5 hours away from shipper. After a hour into his journey to shipper, I received am email from Ken stating the shipper cancelled the load. He did offer us another load, but unfortunately it was $2.22/mile and for my drivers deadhead on that load, wouldn't work. I emailed Ken back and said driver couldn't get t... read more

Worked with Alex Butelli on a shipment. The whole process was simple, east to book, fast loading/unloading. Great customer approach. I also wanted to mention Russ Elzer, he was very responsive and always replied to my emails promptly and thoroughly. He was also pleasant to work with and I would definetely be happy to work with him again in the future.
