I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel this situation deserves attention. I was involved in a road rage incident with the owner of this business. He was driving aggressively—swerving through multiple lanes, making rude gestures, and ultimately rear-ending my vehicle. Based on this experience, I’d advise anyone considering using his services to be cautious. His behavior on the road showed a serious lack of judgment and self-control.
Such a disappointment. Shanahan was great the first time I called on them - they came out right away to fix a broken pipe. But the second experience was awful. I moved into a new home that they had done all the plumbing on. One sink in the house has a foul smell that does not go away. They came out numerous times to try to fix it, and they changed the faucet. The smell went away temporarily and then came back.
