Dr. Yao is a very good and patient listener to my problems. She diagnosed my symptoms and pointed me to the right kind of specialized treatment.
I have been with Dr Yao for so many years. She is very friendly and sometimes I only see her in the annual physical time and it always feels like meeting a long time friend. She doesn't suggest unnecessary tests or medications and attends to any issues brought by me very well. She is extremely busy and getting her appointment can be really tricky. But for any urgent issues she always finds way to help me seeing me between appointments or with her team reaching out to me. Thank you Dr Yao.
