Shana Fit has reignited my love of working out! As a former runner and weight lifting avoider, I never imagined I would love these types of high intensity cardio/weight workouts, but I do. Shana and her team keep the energy levels high through positive reinforcement and music. This is one of my favorite studios! The vibe is always on point, which I really appreciate after having worked out at other places where the energy in the room can sometimes drag down the workout. I've had the chance to work with both Shana and Liana, and their encouragement and guidance are always appreciated! I started going to Shana Fit a little less than a month ago and I am hooked! I’m very happy that I got the courage to try out the classes. I have taken classes with both Shana and Liana so far. They both offer excellent coaching, a positive environment, and intense workouts. Shana Fit is also in a great location between my house and my job. I am excited to continue my fitness journey at Shana Fit!
Amazing coaches and an awesome community!!! Absolutely love the workouts and welcoming atmosphere. Won’t be going to any other gym!
