Dr Anton and her office staff have caused significant stress and aggravation and have been a nightmare to deal with trying to get referrals and scripts for breast cancer diagnostic tests. The office staff is incompetent, ineffective and or completely insensitive to their patients needs. They block and delay healthcare needs. It took 5 days and 6 calls to a script for a Bilateral Breast MRI where they told my nurse navigator from St Joseph’s Breast Center that they did NOT know how to print or fax the script. Dr Anton is kind and thoughtful. She is down to earth and practical. I am thankful she is my and my mothers ( 92 ) primary.
Dr Shana Anton has been a very good doctor to me the past three years I have had her. She is leaving the office in June. She is going to be missed.
