Shan Waite is a brilliant consultant, always willing to help and has made me feel comfortable with my new machine. I can always ask questions and even not feel bad if it is silly. She gave me a great start and is so friendly to deal with. Recommend highly.

Shan is a very passionate thermomix consultant. Her passion is helping busy working family's take the chaos out of the kitchen by helping to make meals quick, easy, delicious and guilt free! She is more than happy to help anyone wanting to learn how to make thermomix part of your kitchen. I was dead set against having one until I learned how much time and money it could really save us. I'd highly recommend Shan to anyone seeking help in or wanting to improve their kitchen experience
