Shan Kishi Express is my absolute favorite sushi for the entire Pensacola / Gulf Breeze / Navarre area. I’ve tried all of the places around here and believe it or not… this little food truck hands down offers the highest quality and really well made rolls! I love their Tuna Avocado rolls. They give large portions of Tuna in the rolls and don’t skimp you like the majority of chain sushi restaurants that fill the rolls with rice.
