Staff was courteous as soon as I walked in door; Dr. Tabrez listened to my concerns and let me ask questions without rushing me. He took time to answer all my questions and provided reasons of why he was ordering tests and labs. I highly recommend him and will continue to see him - the long waits are worth it!!!!!!
Late, always, and acts as though keeping you waiting for over an hour is no big deal. Misdiagnosed me. Ended up in the hospital for over a week, one fail after another. Run screaming away.
Pt. there for abdominal pain with ct results and disc in hand. After waiting 45 min. nurse practitioner came in. No vitals were done, not even basic b/p and weight. NP had no clue what the diagnosis was or how to treat it. Doctor was not even in the office. No physical exam was done to check for abdominal tenderness, swelling or bowel sounds. Basic exam for this situation. Unbelievable.
My first encounter with Dr Tabrez and staff was very enlightening. Friendly, efficient staff. My second visit was for a procedure and I was amazed at the proficiency and expertise shown by everyone that cared for me. This is the best Doctor I have had in Florida....Very caring about his patients....
I would NOT refere him to anyone.... He is always late and is very unconcerned about it. His staff is the same way. His waiting room is dirty, there are ANTs running up and down the walls. I walked out after waiting for an hour, his staff called him unpon my request, he told them for me to reschedule, that was not going to happen, I left with records in hand. And will not go back. Took records to my Dr.
He is very caring and doesn't spend the whole time looking a a laptop computer as so many doctors do now. He actually LOOKS at you. He's very caring, I mean that sincerely, and does whatever he can to come up with a 'formula' to help you, different plans for weight loss for example or how to help the liver, etc. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. My mother went with me when I had an endoscopy and she was very impressed also and will use him in the future if necessary. She's 96!
