I would give this practice zero stars if it were possible. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The receptionist was dismissive and did not address my concerns. During my first call, the line was abruptly disconnected. On my second call, I was offered appointment dates, only for the booking to be refused without explanation. The doctor started off good with my first visit. Had good conversations good wisdom and took his time explaining things then all of a sudden things changed. My last appointment did it for me. The only place i know that still does covid tests even for a cough. Fine. 15 minutes for the results but make you wait 30 minutes okay. Once your in the office he is in and out so often talks in a low voice you can barely hear. Worst doctor ever ! It is very unfortunate to have him as a family doctor for my mother ...my mother was in severe pain and needed abdominal surgery and he did not know which surgeon to refer to...for more than 2 months he kept lingering the situation...Finally after surgery when we asked him for the reports and notes from the surgeon to get a second opinion he said " GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND GET THEM ...I AM TOO OLD FOR THIS TECHNOLOGY AND DONT HAVE TIME TO PRINT ALL THAT AND MY STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT " ...This doct... read more
