Very unprofessional and rude lady

Always help. Most reliable. Most passionate. I moved to. Kingston but still i am in contact with. He is still my family physician. I wish i can bring him here.
Dr. Rafiqi has nothing to do with the medical ethics. He is still very rudely refusing to see the patients with even very minor common cough & cold. He would very rudely say that his own life is more precious than anyone. Me and my wife were his patients for a long period. After COVID he used to refuse us often on the basis of any one symptom present in his self designed long pre-examination check list.
