Manager constantly leaves notes on the door about your yard, house, mowing. I had to clean up tree seeds under the steps or get charged extra on my rent. Had to mow the lawn so short that it killed it in spots. Other houses look horrible and never made to fix up. Cars with flat tires not made to repair or remove. Today the water was shut off with no notice for repairs so I wasn't able to get ready for work in time. All this but lot rent goes up every year.
It's a great place to live and if you have a problem management goes above and beyond to help you.
