Collin and his crew recently completed a project across the street from me. The project was a new build. Collin is the Owner of Shamrock Total Lawn Services and he was absolutely the most respectful and nicest guy to deal with. He made sure the grading he was doing on his Skid Steer would direct the water away from all homes not just the address who hired him. My experiences with Shamrock are totally the opposite of the one other reviewer. I have many friends and acquaintances who use Shamrock, and have for a long time. You do have to make sure you coordinate everything through Heather, who answers the phone, she does all the scheduling and follow up, so she HAS to know, and I have to admit, when she's not plugged in, sometimes things don't get done--but when you have a coordinator/dispatcher, that's how things usually work.
