Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Rarely answers their phone, only open for 7 1/2 hours Mon-Fri. Closed every single weekend, shut down for 30 min the middle of each day and refuse to take medicaid. Who do these people think they are? Apparently they're better than everyone else. Shame on them. Do better.
The options for compounding meds here are awesome! They are super helpful with figuring out which option is the best for our needs and they are quick, accurate, VERY friendly and very affordable!! I wish I had known about them years ago!!
Had cat medicine ordered from this vendor. Someone called me and we discussed total chargef of $56.00. When med was shipped, I found a charge of $75.00, which was $19 more than what was discussed. Called them thrice to discuss on Dec.24th and no one picked up the call. Disputed the charge with my bank. Tom, the owner called me today explaing rest of the charge was for shipping and tax. My point was why shipping and taxes were not discussed while they were giving me the estimate of total charge before shgipping it? In my mind... read more
