Been bringing vehicles here for almost 10 years now. Never had much issue until recent. I waited over an hour on top of the normal wait time(jobs do vary but this was extensive). I was not given accurate updates on the work, nor accurate timeframes. Was charged 2.5 hours of labour for something that normally is 1.5-2 hours. I was met with great resistance when asked for a slight break on the extra labour/wait(which was justified by excuses).
