They never answer their phone. They make appointments and don't show up. My boyfriends liner was ripping last year and they never called back until this year. Came out once took the cover off and said they would be back one month ago and never answer the phone so we have to look at a pool that looks disgusting. The pool was custom built by them so we are not sure anyone else can accommodate. They suck!
