Terrible, terrible I tell you. Bought a car up there maintenance asked to buy it, I respectfully declined, I went to get a battery, it stormed that next day so I came the following one, only to find my car had been taken away and no one knew anything.
I live here now. I admit, when I first moved in, it wasn’t the greatest, and I still have a few issues but I’ve come to find this place as a home. My AC hasn’t worked in the 2 years I’ve lived here but other than that it’s been pretty decent. Someone broke into the apartment about a year ago and maintenance was quick on fixing the door. This place certainly isn’t the best but I had no where else to go and they gave me a place I can call home. Thank you.

THERE'S LOW LEVEL DRUG DEALING, abandoned vehicles. Graffiti, dumpster garbage all over the place in the back. This ain't South Side Detroit! The owner and property management are LYING to you! YOU CAN WITHHOLD PAYING RENT UNTIL THEY FIX WHAT'S BROKEN and pass a code enforcement inspection ! 🧐🧐
