They were hired by the county to do a "chipseal" on Stratford Rd North of Moses Lake, What was to be a 50 day project per the county manager and the foreman out there has turned into a 7 Month+ tear the 3 miles of road out and leave us doing a 10 mile detour daily, adding 120 miles weekly to my commute alone with no updates for the locals and still no asphalt laid down. This is a rural country road that was in excellent shape before they started.
Terrible service.
Shamrock Paving is very insufferable as they spread misinformation, are rude, and don’t simply do do their work. We received a letter in July saying they would work from August to early October. In September I have multiple videos and pictures of them doing nothing, 5 of them smoking doing nothing, 3 of them on their phones doing nothing, and them breaking a pipe and just starting at it all on camera. They are doing road work paving our road. They told us that parking on other streets is highly encouraged, but nothing more. They never told us we would not be allowed to leave our home for an entire day. When we told them we were students, they didn’t care and told us we better contact our professors. Recommended we hop our neighbors fences if we absolutely had to leave. Didnt tell us this ahead of time at all, because if they did, we would have asked our neighbors ahead of time.
