Rude do nothing staff who when asked what the scope of work relates to greet you with rudeness and spite. If the city of Spokane ever hires these tools again, I will view it as a municipal failure!

Absolute joke of a company doesn’t communicate locally when they are doing roadwork, leading everyone to have incorrect information. Rude staff also were not helpful when asked about timeline.
They were hired by the county to do a "chipseal" on Stratford Rd North of Moses Lake, What was to be a 50 day project per the county manager and the foreman out there has turned into a 7 Month+ tear the 3 miles of road out and leave us doing a 10 mile detour daily, adding 120 miles weekly to my commute alone with no updates for the locals and still no asphalt laid down. This is a rural country road that was in excellent shape before they started.
Terrible service.
