Very poor service. The representative do not call back if there is an service issue. They only call when they need the contract signed but no service after that. Be cautious.
Great company, they are always very responsive and prompt for our office. David Suzuki has been a tremendous help with our copier/fax machine and is very knowledgeable! Thank you Shamrock!
I've worked with Shamrock for years and they are great at what they do. Better support than you can get anywhere else these days, plus a responsive sales and delivery team. Printers are a pain, but Shamrock makes them less painful.
Don't use them - once you make a purchase, you will never see them again. They will never respond to your calls for help when the machine does not work properly. I have had our machine for three years and am yet to get it serviced!! The terrible thing is we are a small nonprofit and we received a grant to purchase a fancy print station. We were thrilled and began taking quotes, what was a dream come true has been like a never ending bad dream.
