This review is long overdue. We worked with Sean in September 2020. My credit score is over 800 and I have plenty of income. Sean kept assuring us that everything was going to be fine. Come closing day, we discovered that we were not approved for the loan, and a contingent offer got our house. After that, we received apologies from the realtor and from the loan processor that worked for Sean but quit because of his unprofessionalism. I used Sean for the purchase of a home. My transaction was not a simple one but he and Olivia were so on top of everything it made it go so smoothly! I was prequalified by him before I was fully ready to make an offer and his advice for getting my package together was invaluable in the process. I shopped the rates and he was by far the best. He also has access to many programs the average banks & loan officers do not. Will definitely be using him for future loan needs!
