I used Sean for the purchase of a home. My transaction was not a simple one but he and Olivia were so on top of everything it made it go so smoothly! I was prequalified by him before I was fully ready to make an offer and his advice for getting my package together was invaluable in the process. I shopped the rates and he was by far the best. We were about 10 days from our closing date and had a pre-approved loan from a different local broker. We called them to check in because we hadn't heard anything from them in weeks and closing was coming fast. The told us not to worry, we had a month left before we closed.
