Sean Marek at Shamrock Mortgage Solutions did a great job with our mortgage. He got us a great rate and gave us good advise on what were the best options for us. Getting all of our paper work in was quick and easy. Working with Sean and Shamrock Mortgage is a smooth process with great results.
This review is long overdue. We worked with Sean in September 2020. My credit score is over 800 and I have plenty of income. Sean kept assuring us that everything was going to be fine. Come closing day, we discovered that we were not approved for the loan, and a contingent offer got our house. After that, we received apologies from the realtor and from the loan processor that worked for Sean but quit because of his unprofessionalism. I used Sean for the purchase of a home. My transaction was not a simple one but he and Olivia were so on top of everything it made it go so smoothly! I was prequalified by him before I was fully ready to make an offer and his advice for getting my package together was invaluable in the process. I shopped the rates and he was by far the best.
