I was very impressed with the customer service at Shamrock Limousine! We booked a 19 passenger bus for a bachelor/bachelorette party last weekend and ended up having more people than could fit on the bus. Shamrock Limousine worked with us to resolve the issue, with no additional charge! Jim seemed to genuinely care about the safety of his riders and put customer service above everything.
