For the price, this is perfect. Wanna a $200 room, go down the road to the characterless Hilton. This is a sweet little place, recently renovated with superb amenities in the room. The A/C is an 'AC Split' unit high on the wall with a remote: no noisy clattering 1980's window unit; there is water and biscuits (cookies) for us, clean comfortable bed and plenty of accessible outlets (for 'devices' etc). It is more than I expected for the cost.. its not a 5 star resort and im rating it accordingly. Check in was super easy and getting into the room with keyless entry was convenient. Having a couple waters was nice some major hotels dont give you that. Proximity to downtown is great
