Our experience at the Shamrock Hotel Balranald raises serious concerns about how bookings, payments, and guest issues are being managed. On arrival, we were incorrectly told that only one booking existed under our name, despite having two rooms confirmed through Expedia. Even after showing proof, we were told we were wrong. Shamrock Hotel/Motel in Balranald was our last stop before going back to SAust . The room was nice but the bathroom was very tight because of the hand basin it needed to be a half basin so you can get to the loo ,but don't get me wrong the rest of the room is good . We also had a meal a chicken Schnitzel & a Beef Schnitzel & it was enough for us to eat & we also got free drinks a beer shandy & a full strength beer
Nice cold beer and the meals were good and generous
