So far I've had them replace a furnace, repair an A/C system and I'm getting ready to have a mini-split put in. They've been good to work with and are much more responsive than several other contractors in the area.

Very nice staff. I had them out to fix my AC as it wasn't cooling. After the first visit there was still an issue with it not cooling enough but Ken came out and made some adjustments and told me to contact him if there are any issues. He honestly seems to care that it gets fixed correctly. It's really hot today so the system is playing catch-up but I'm hopeful that it's fixed. He told me to contact him if it's not working. I'm confident in Shamrock's commitment to service.
