WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT 25 YEARS. WILL AND BOBBY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE ALWAYS TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. THEY DEFINITELY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WE HAVE A OLDER HOME WITH LIMITED CRAWL SPACE. AND HAD ALL OF OUR DUCT WORK REPLACED. AND THEY ALSO RAISED OUR RETURN AIR FLOW FOR US. IT WAS A CHALLENGE. BUT BOBBY TOOK HIS TIME AND WE LOVE THAT HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. WE RECENTLY HAD TO REPLACE OUR GAS PACK OF 16 YEARS. QUOTED US A GREAT PRICE. I originally left a 5 star review from the last time I had service because at that time the service was magnificent. I'm updating this to 1 star because since then I can't seem to get them out here to honor their service contract. In the past they've tried to sell me a service contract and I wasn't able to afford it. The last time they were here I happened to have the extra cash and decided to purchase it. Initially when we used this company it was to help repair our AC. They did a great job and we used them again for vent realignment, HVAC maintenance. After that this past 6 months they have been one of the worst companies we have used. The problem is reliability. Initially I could not get someone on the phone to schedule basic HVAC maintenance. I called Shamrock this morning for service to my ac unit. He not only entertained my call at 730am but he was honest about the cost the use of my warranty and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. He was patience with my lack of knowledge of HVAC units as well. What a pleasant experience.
