Horrible customer service, unprofessional.
This company has helped me immensely! I needed a new furnace and they were the right guys for the job.
STAY AWAY! I found his service to be very unprofessional and dishonest. Kelly promised to install very good and powerful heat pump, the installation process took a few weeks, with multiple attempts to set it up properly, but the paperwork was never provided, as I found later he installed a used A/C unit for the price of new. Not sure if he even has a licence. The whole deal was terrible and unpleasant experience for us. No invoice and no warranty papers!
