Worst customer service as Laureta was not polite while talking and was very ride when called to ask for an update about an order. She wasn't even welcoming over the call. Though this was for my company. Then she tells me why so many people are calling in her words " for such a teeny tiny item". Us customers can order whatever we want and not get judgemental talks from them. She wouldn't help me out with the tracking number in the beginning and again was ride about it.
