Dan replaced our garage door, track, and spring at the end of February, 2020. On June 23rd, 2020 I called him because one of the castings holding the spring was broken. Dan came out on June 29th and said he would replace it the next day. He had a family emergency and couldn't make our original appointment, but it's now been over a month and a half since he first promised to fix it and I can no longer get a hold of him.
