Travis is a great inspiration and excellent instructor. He makes you feel comfortable and teaches you at your own level. Wonderful classes !!
Shamrock fitness is so much more then just classes. Travis and company offer many different types of yoga and workouts, and are always sharing their expertise and kindness. Questions are always welcome and I’m always helped promptly if I need any assistance with any part of the workouts I may struggle with. Travis is so welcoming and if you are an old yogi, new to practice or getting back into it, this is your place to be!

Travis (and Shamrock Fitness) offer a variety of yoga disciplines both virtually and in person. He genuinely understands how to help students achieve the most from their practice and fosters a community that feels like a family.
Sometimes, life gets hectic, and the things we know to be good for our health take a back seat to other priorities. Travis and the other instructors with Shamrock Fitness have been an inspiration to me since June 2020 - to keep moving and age well. I am grateful that Shamrock Fitness continues to offer online options of "in-person" and archived classes, and I'm very appreciative of the personal feedback and encouragement I've received which helps me to stay motivated and working toward my goals.
