Shamrock has provided excellent service and workmanship to us across two wind-damage incidents that forced urgent repairs to our house. Their staff was very responsive to our needs, quick with contracting, and provided highly skilled crews for both external repairs and interior finishing work. Shamrock was also very attentive to care for our property and clean up the worksite when complete. I would think of Shamrock first when we need repair or other contracting work again.
We were referred to Shamrock through our insurance company after experiencing storm damage. Shamrock came out quickly to provide an estimate to the insurance company and to have protective wrap placed over the damaged area. We decided to have all our siding replaced since it was showing its age and Shamrock provided a timely and cost effective estimate for the total replacement. The crew that did the work was very thorough and professional and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. Our house looks as good as new!
Cant even get them to come out. They rescheduled on me twice and tried a 3rd time but I just canceled altogether.
I wish I had read reviews before I used this company. They were quite awful and bottom line was just money not customer satisfaction. The work itself was not bad even though they had to come back to correct some things but it was an insurance claim and they were only attentive when they wanted money. Even my insurance adjustor couldn’t believe how they treated me (she saw the emails).
Recommended by my homeowners insurance (Farmer's) after filing a claim. The estimator/ project manager (Steve) sent was very professional and explained all the work that would be done in detail. The crew ended up replacing drywall and painted all in one day. I would recommend this company for future house repairs from damage.
