This place was the perfect stop on our roadtrip. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the beds are super comfy. If I’m ever passing through this part of Texas again, I am definitely staying here!

Excellent stay here. The owner, Arron, is a great guy, very friendly and hospitable. Rooms are great. Safe, quiet, and peaceful. Very affordable. Will definitely be back on my next time through the area!

One of my favorite hotels on our Route 66 trip! Great retro rooms, great service, great price, and Texas shaped waffles for breakfast! What more could you ask for?

The price is unbeatable so I wasn't expecting much but the reviews were surprisingly good. And they don't disappoint. It's old and very worn but the sheets were good quality and very clean and well done. The location felt safe. The front desk gentleman was extremely polite and friendly. I love that they put a water bottle in the fridge for me. Little touches like that. And it's old school motel with an actual key. Very cute. Will come back. And again the price is so good.

I came for the Texas shaped waffles and got so much more. The service was incredible, personal and sincere. Our room had 3 queen size beds. My husband and I have back issues and we loved the beds. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was really good, real eggs cooked by a real person. The waffles shaped like Texas, excellent. It's an older motel but quiet and safe. With how much it costs to travel, we really appreciated such a good value. I will definitely come back!
