After a lot of bouncing around to get Rich to commit to a date he picked Monday, then moved to Tuesday and calls my tenant (w/o working with me, the owner) and finally agreed to Wednesday to do the work. Just getting a date from him was like nailing Jello to the wall. I can't imagine what it would be like to get Rich back out when problems come us (which I am sure they do).
