Not sure how this company has any good reviews....must all be family and friends leaving them. I had an appointment set for 8/16/19, to get an estimate for large amount of work, at 11am. I took off work to be there and they called and canceled at 10:30am, the day of. They re-scheduled for 5:30 pm on 8/19/19. This time they didn’t even bother calling to cancel, just didn’t show up. Scumbags
Job took place in January 2020. Shamrock broke my thermostat and control wire. Called, texted and emailed John Connor daily. Waited at least a month with no response. I had to buy and install new thermostat and control wire. Still have not received a callback on this issue or any offer to repay me for my extra costs to finish the job they were paid to do. Still no repairs or replacements to flooring installed poorly/ incorrectly by Shamrock Construction. Filed formal complaint with Better Business Bureau #16479914, Shamrock never responded to them. Filed formal complaint with Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General,[BCP-22-05-007310]. No response from owner John Connor or Shamrock as of 03/29/22.
